Explore Kilpisjärvi’s Late Autumn Beauty with Our Siberian Huskies
As the dog sledding season wraps up with the melting snows of May, our spirited Siberian huskies remain ready for adventure. Join us for a leisurely autumn walk and experience Arctic Lapland in a unique way.
By mid- to late September, the vibrant autumn foliage fades, and the leaves fall, leaving the landscape stark and serene as nature prepares for winter. Yet, there’s a unique beauty in this transition, with the scenery changing almost daily —sometimes rainy, sometimes crisp and sunny, and occasionally stormy. It’s the perfect backdrop for an immersive walk with our friendly Siberian huskies.
What to Expect on Your Husky Walk
During your 3.5 km (2-mile) journey, you'll be paired with one of our huskies, securely fastened to you with a comfortable belt. Our Siberian huskies are known for their enthusiasm and love of exploration, making this walk an engaging and invigorating adventure.
Midway through the walk, we'll pause on the lake shore. Here, you'll have the chance to relax, enjoy a refreshing beverage, and reward your husky companion with a well-deserved treat. It’s a moment to connect with nature and our furry friends alike.
Unforgettable Moments with Our Huskies
Our huskies thrive on human interaction and are always eager to meet new people. Each walk is an opportunity to bond with these friendly dogs, making it a special experience.
